Consulting and development services benefit the Arkansas public library community by increasing knowledge, confidence, and expertise in the areas of policy development and library management.
Consulting services are designed to foster best practices in the library community and to develop community focused library services. As a result, library staff increase professional competency in both traditional library services and in new and emerging library services.
Professional development and continuing education opportunities are available to improve skills and promote leadership for all members of the state’s library workforce.
