The Arkansas Library Leadership Institute (ALL-In) program was created to develop leaders within the library profession and to strengthen professional relationships among all types of librarians in the state of Arkansas. ALL-In provides an opportunity for learning and developing leadership skills in participants that enhance the delivery of library services for all Arkansans. The institute is held every three years.

The Arkansas State Library is pleased to announce the third Arkansas Library Leadership Institute will begin April 6-8, 2022 at beautiful DeGray Lake Resort State Park.
