The Arkansas Library Leadership Institute (ALL-In) program was created by the Arkansas State Library to develop leaders within the library profession and to strengthen professional relationships among all types of librarians.
ALL-In is a three day leadership event for library staff facilitated by the Arkansas State Library. The institute is held every three years.
The next three day ALL-In institute is currently scheduled for 2021.
Events for past participants are currently scheduled for:
- September 15, 2020, 2:00 p.m.
- October 21, 2020, 10:00 a.m.
- November 19, 2020 10:00 a.m.
- December 16, 2020, 10 a.m.
Participants are selected in a competitive application process. Selection of the 25 participants is a competitive process that includes a written application, resume, letter of recommendation, essays, and a signed letter of support from the library director and/or board. The ALL-In selection committee seeks a diverse set of applicants, both degreed and non-degreed, and considers the type of library, organizational responsibility, and geography when making selections.
