The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) assessment is one of the world’s most widely used and popular personality tools. The MBTI® assessment helps users develop self-awareness and understand others, and provides positive language for valuing individual differences.

Audience: Arkansas librarians and library workers who want to determine their MBTI® type and learn about how personality type affects relationships at work and home.

Participants must register online. Registration deadline is Friday, September 10 at Noon. Registered participants will be sent a link to complete the online MBTI® assessment. The online assessment should be completed by Monday, September 20 at Noon. Participants who complete the assessment will be sent a Zoom link the morning of the workshop.
Participation is limited to 20 individuals. Additional sessions will be offered later in the year.
