An in-depth half-day training session will be held regarding Friends of the Library. This training is intended to bring Friends of the Library, Library Directors, Library Staff, and Friends Liaisons together to brainstorm working collaboratively to support their local library in their community. This training will be held strategically around the state in Library Development Districts.
Training Dates and Locations
Registration is required for all sessions. Training at each location will cover the same material.
- March 22 — Southeast Arkansas Regional Library, 12-4 p.m.
- March 29 — West Fork Public Library, 12-4 p.m.
- April 5 — Saline County Library, 11:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.
- April 12 — Hempstead County Library, 12-4 p.m.
- April 19 — Cross County Library, 12-4 p.m
Registrations will be accepted up to 12 pm the day before training dates.
