Libraries need to register their IP numbers with the vendors.
As of July 1, 2011 libraires can update IP numbers online [Vendor Links]
and update the rest of their registration bi-monthly.

Libraries can access databases directly from the Traveler portal.
Libraries can continue to provide access from the library's web page to individual database
using direct links.
